Mike Murphy
Michael
Murphy, SPHR is the President/CEO of Premier Consulting
Services Inc., (PCSi). Mr. Murphy is a frequent speaker
and seminar leader. In the past five years Mr. Murphy
has been the principal speaker or seminar leader at
over 100 seminars and workshops. (Click here to view

Mr. Murphy has a B.A. in Psychology from the University
of Indianapolis, and an M.S in I/O Psychology from Purdue
University. Mr. Murphy is a nationally recognized authority
on Human Resources Management Issues. He is the author,
co-author- or editor of numerous articles on HR issues,
HR manuals, HR booklets, HR books. Mike has also served
as an "Expert Witness" on HR related legal
issues such as ADA; ADEA; Downsizing: Unfair Labor Practices;
Race discrimination; and Sexual Harassment. Mr. Murphy
is registered with TASA and Juris-Pro as an expert witness
in HR related matters.
Mr. Murphy belongs to the American Psychological Association,
The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology,
The Society for Human Resources Management, the National
Association of Employment Mediators and Arbitrators,
the Round Table Group.

Mark Waterfill
Mark Waterfill, JD. is an Attorney
and heads up the labor and employment law section of
the prestigious law firm of Dann, Pecar, Newman &
Kleiman located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mark serves
as legal counsel to Premier Consulting Services inc.
Mark is a frequent lecturer on various topics related
to employment and business law, as well as a litigation
partner focusing on commercial disputes. Mark has spoken
on such diverse topics as religious discrimination in
employment, arbitration and mediation of employment
disputes, how to fire employees and various other important
legal issues. Attorney Waterfill has presented several
seminars on sexual harassment in Indianapolis, Indiana;
Columbus, Ohio; Des Moines, Iowa; and Dallas and San
Antonio, Texas. He has spoken on sexual harassment in
the public schools and in the workplace for the Indiana
Gender Equity Conference and for area school corporations.

Mark is a graduate of Hanover College, magna cum laude,
and has a JD from Indiana University School of Law at
Bloomington. Mark is a member of the Indianapolis Bar
Association; the Indiana Bar Association, and the American
