Getting Started: We start by conducting a review of your current employee benefits. We compare this to your competitors based on size of the business and number of employees. Then we move forward to manage your employee benefits, including…

PTO: PCSi will develop PTO benefits such as: Vacation; Holidays; Sick Days;
Personal Days; Bereavement Leave; and Jury Duty Leave.

Non-PTO: PCSi will develop non-PTO benefits such as: Unpaid Sick Leave;
FMLA leave; Pregnancy Leave; and Military Duty Leave.

Employer Provided Insurance: PCSi will investigate and recommend insurance
plans tailored to your business needs in: Group Health; Prescription; Dental; Vision; STD; LTD; Supplemental, including Section 125 Plans.* PCSi will assist in employee enrollment; preparation of SPD; and COBRA/HIPPA Compliance.

ERISA Qualified Retirement Plans: These may include Pension Plans; 401(k);
403(b); and Defined Benefit Plans.* PCSi will assist in employee enrollment; preparation of SPD; and ERISA Compliance.

Non-Qualified Retirement Plans: PCSi will investigate, recommend , and manage "Non-Qualified" retirement plans. PCSi personnel will enroll employees; prepare plan documents; and respond to employee questions.
